We are expanding our freelance recruiter network across India and are looking for result-oriented Freelance HR Recruiters who can work remotely and support our ongoing hiring mandates.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals and other channels.

• Understand Job Descriptions (JDs) and identify relevant candidate profiles.

• Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlisting.

• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.

• Maintain regular updates on candidate status and recruitment pipelines.

• Ensure candidates remain engaged until joining.

• Achieve assigned/project-specific recruitment targets.

• Work closely with the Starvoke recruitment team for successful closures.

🔹 Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication and sourcing skills may also apply.

• Good understanding of candidate sourcing and screening.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Access to a smartphone/laptop and a stable internet connection.

• Recruiters already working with another organization, consultancy or as independent recruiters are welcome and will have an added advantage, provided there is no conflict with their existing employment/engagement terms.

💰 Compensation & Revenue Sharing

50:50 Commission / Revenue-Sharing Model

• Compensation will be project-based and commission-based.

• For eligible successful closures, the applicable recruitment revenue will be shared 50:50 between Starvoke and the Freelance Recruiter, as per the project/client commercial terms.

• Payout will be processed as per the applicable client payment/closure terms.

• Specific commercial terms may vary depending on the hiring mandate and client requirements.
