JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Executive to join our growing team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on sales hiring to support our expanding business needs. You’ll play a critical role in identifying top talent, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and collaborating closely with leadership to meet the company's staffing goals. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES:  Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle – from sourcing to onboarding  Special focus on hiring for sales roles – identify, screen, and recruit high-performing candidates  Coordinate with department heads to understand role requirements and hiring needs  Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.  Schedule and conduct interviews, manage candidate communications, and provide timely updates  Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth interview and onboarding experience  Maintain HR dashboards and generate hiring reports for leadership review  Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
