Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Pune
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment cycle. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding employees while ensuring a smooth hiring process. Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in MS Excel are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and references.

• Conduct cold calling and initial candidate screening.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Manage offer roll-out and joining formalities.

• Coordinate and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports in MS Excel.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding manpower requirements.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.

• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Target-driven and proactive approach to recruitment.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant HR qualification preferred.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Recruitment.

Compensation

• CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
