THE ROLE
We are looking for a sharp, charismatic, and highly operational Floor Manager.
You are the Founder’s right hand. When the Founder steps off the floor, you are the ultimate authority. You will balance the electric energy of a high-end gaming venue with the flawless execution of a premium hospitality lounge. If you know how to run a tight ship, lead a young team, and drive revenue through exceptional customer experiences, this is your arena.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Owner's Proxy (Overall Venue Command): Take absolute ownership of the floor’s daily operations. Ensure the venue’s aesthetic, lighting, and cleanliness standards remain pristine, and protect our premium tech assets (PCs, simulators, and peripherals).
Team Leadership & Training: Act as the captain for our service crew, kitchen Commis chefs, and KST staff. You will train new hires on brand standards, enforce flawless floor etiquette, and ensure the team operates with high-fidelity sportsmanship.
Roster & Shift Management: Design and manage weekly staff rosters, ensuring airtight coverage across all zones—from the quiet weekday office-lunch hours to high-chaos 64-player weekend tournaments.
F&B & Kitchen Inventory: Oversee the backend of our tech-driven QSR bistro. You will track daily kitchen stock, manage ingredient shelf lives, coordinate with vendors, and conduct end-of-day physical audits to eliminate wastage.
Cash Handling & Data Reporting: Manage the POS desk, oversee physical cash drops from walk-ins, and validate digital transactions across our floor. You will generate and analyze end-of-day sales, footfall, and inventory reports for Management.
Customer Engagement & Upselling: Engaging with gamers, resolving disputes calmly, and turning first-time walk-ins into lifelong members. You will actively train the floor staff on upselling strategies—pushing gourmet thick shakes, food combos, and premium memberships to drive average order value (AOV).
WHO YOU ARE
Experienced: You have 2–4 years of leadership experience in hospitality, QSR management, retail operations, or entertainment venues.
Tech-Fluent: You don’t need to be an IT engineer, but you understand gaming culture, feel comfortable around high-end hardware, and can seamlessly navigate digital POS and KDS (Kitchen Display) systems.
Calm Under Fire: You thrive in high-energy environments and can handle a packed house during a weekend esports tournament without losing your cool.
Detail-Obsessed: You notice a misplaced headset, a smudge on a monitor, or a missing inventory item before anyone else does.
