About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Payroll Executive – Fresher to join our HR & Payroll team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day payroll activities, maintaining employee payroll records, preparing payroll inputs, and supporting statutory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly payroll processing and payroll-related activities.

• Collect and verify employee attendance, leave, LOP, overtime, incentives, and other payroll inputs.

• Maintain and update employee salary and payroll records.

• Assist in preparing salary registers, payroll reports, and payroll MIS.

• Support calculation of PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, LWF, and other statutory deductions.

• Assist with employee salary structure and payroll data updates.

• Coordinate with HR and other departments for payroll-related queries and discrepancies.

• Assist in preparing bank salary files, payslips, and payroll reports.

• Maintain proper documentation of payroll records and employee data.

• Support full & final settlement (F&F) and exit-related payroll activities.

• Assist in ensuring payroll is processed accurately and within defined timelines.

• Handle employee payroll queries professionally and maintain confidentiality of payroll information.

• Learn and work on payroll/HRMS software and Advanced Excel.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with Freshers.
