Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to manage and process payroll for multiple sites. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in payroll preparation, statutory compliance, and hands-on knowledge of Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC). This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to handle large volumes of employee data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process monthly payroll for employees across multiple sites.
Maintain and manage paysheets, ensuring accuracy in earnings, deductions, and statutory compliance.
Handle end-to-end payroll activities including attendance validation, overtime calculation, and leave adjustments.
Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements such as PF and ESIC.
Generate and submit PF and ESIC returns, challans, and related documentation.
Coordinate with site HR/admin teams for payroll inputs and discrepancies.
Maintain payroll records, reports, and employee data securely and accurately.
Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, PF, and ESIC.
Support audits by providing necessary payroll data and compliance records.
Stay updated with changes in labor laws and statutory regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably handling multiple locations.
Strong knowledge of PF and ESIC regulations and compliance procedures.
Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
