Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operational Manager to oversee daily business operations, manage teams, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. The candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, operational expertise, and the capability to maintain productivity and efficiency within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operational activities of the organization

• Handle team coordination and ensure smooth workflow

• Monitor operational performance and maintain productivity

• Supervise staff management and operational reporting

• Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards

• Coordinate with different departments for operational support

• Resolve operational issues and maintain discipline within the team

• Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation

• Support management in operational planning and execution

• Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and performance

Requirements:

• Prior experience in operations management or team handling

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Professional and responsible approach toward work

• Strong organizational and team management skills

Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream

• MBA or Operations Management background will be preferred

Preferred Candidate:

• Female candidates will be preferred

• Strong team handling and coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage operations smoothly

• Immediate joiners will be preferred

• Candidates with leadership and operational management experience will be given preference
