Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll (salary, wages, bonuses, overtime, deductions)
Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
Maintain payroll records and reports
Handle Full & Final settlements
Manage attendance, leave, and shift data integration
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws:
PF (Provident Fund)
ESI (Employee State Insurance)
Maintain employee records and HR database
Handle onboarding and exit formalities
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters
Maintain employee files and documentation
Address employee concerns related to payroll, salary, and deductions
Provide payslip clarifications
Support grievance handling
