Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end NON- IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle. The role requires excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple open positions.

• Understand client/job requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Negotiate salary and notice period with candidates.

• Maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM/Excel.

• Ensure regular updates to recruitment trackers and MIS reports.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

• Meet assigned recruitment targets and turnaround times.

• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience.

• Experience in end-to-end hiring.

• Strong sourcing skills using job portals and LinkedIn.

• Good understanding of Boolean Search techniques.

• Excellent resume screening and interviewing skills.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Good follow-up and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Workspace.

• Experience working with ATS/CRM is preferred.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
