Implant Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day issues and concerns of existing deputies/employees and support attrition management.

Increase site headcount through walk-ins, employee references and other local sourcing channels.

Coordinate with HR and internal teams for employee transfers.

Work closely with site recruiters to improve overall headcount.

Coordinate with the internal recruitment & Swiggy TA team to resolve queries and ensure smooth execution of requirements.

Coordinate with the Swiggy TA teams to receive the real-time manpower mandates.

Support in identifying suitable accommodation for migrant candidates.

Follow up with interviewed and selected candidates to maximize joining conversion.

Manage joining documentation and coordinate with the respective teams for smooth onboarding.

Maintain accurate data sourced by recruiters to ensure correct billing for both local and migrant candidates.

Maintain daily updates on sourcing, interviews, selections, joinings, transfers and attrition.

Key KPI:

15 net additions per month per On-Site Supervisor, through fresh sourcing or employee transfers.

Ensure maximum conversion of selected candidates into actual joiners.

Proactively support attrition control and employee issue resolution.

Ensure accurate candidate data and documentation to avoid billing discrepancies.

Ensure timely coordination and closure of active manpower mandates.
