Payroll & Compliance Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Payroll & Compliance professional with experience in handling bulk payroll for multiple client companies, preferably from the staffing/manpower industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end payroll for multiple companies and bulk manpower.

• Manage attendance, leave, LOP, salary calculation, deductions, overtime and incentives.

• Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS and other statutory compliances.

• Prepare payroll MIS, salary registers, challans and statutory returns.

• Coordinate with clients for attendance, payroll inputs, joining and exit data.

• Resolve employee and client payroll-related queries.

• Maintain accurate payroll and compliance records.

• Coordinate with HR, recruitment and operations teams.

NAPS & NATS Knowledge – Preferred

• Knowledge of NAPS and NATS is an added advantage.

• Handle trainee/apprentice joining, attendance, stipend/payroll and documentation.

• Knowledge of DBT, contracts and NAPS/NATS portals will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Payroll & Statutory Compliance.

• Experience in bulk payroll / multiple companies.

• Good knowledge of PF, ESIC and labour compliance.

• Good Excel/MIS and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.

Preference: Candidates from Staffing, Manpower Outsourcing, Recruitment or Payroll Service companies will be preferred.

Education

Graduate in HR/Commerce/Finance; MBA/PGDM in HR or Finance preferred.
