HR Executive / HR Manager (4+ Years Experience)
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage recruitment, employee performance tracking, reviews, incentive monitoring, and employee engagement across multiple group companies.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and interview coordination
Employee onboarding and documentation
Performance tracking and maintenance of employee records
Monitoring KPI and incentive-related data
Conducting employee reviews and appraisal coordination
Preparing HR MIS reports and management dashboards
Employee engagement, team-building, and culture development
Coordinating with department heads for workforce planning
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of HR experience
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Strong command over MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience in performance management and employee reviews
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple responsibilities
Location: Noida (Work from Office)
Candidates with strong recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement experience will be preferred.
