Job Title: HR Recruiter (Bulk Hiring / Blue Collar Recruitment)

Location: [Assotech Business Cresterra Tower 4, 8th Floor, Office No. 816, Sector 135 Noida , Uttar Pradesh - 210301, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304]

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Qualification: MBA in HR

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with expertise in bulk hiring and blue-collar recruitment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for companies or industries similar to Zepto, BigBasket, Flipkart, Rapido, or other high-volume workforce recruitment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for bulk hiring requirements.

- Source and hire candidates for blue-collar positions such as delivery executives, warehouse staff, riders, helpers, and field executives.

- Conduct screening calls, interviews, and candidate coordination.

- Handle onboarding and documentation processes.

- Coordinate with operations and hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements within deadlines.

- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring records.

- Ensure timely closures and target-based hiring completion.

- Build candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, references, and field recruitment.

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Experience in bulk hiring and target-based recruitment.

- Knowledge of blue-collar hiring processes.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously.

- Familiarity with recruitment portals and sourcing strategies.

Language Preference:

Candidates should be able to communicate in any of the following languages:

- Hindi

- English

- Kannada

- Bengali

Preferred Industry Experience:

Experience hiring for logistics, e-commerce, delivery, warehouse, or mobility sectors such as Zepto, BigBasket, Flipkart, Rapido, etc., will be preferred.
