Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in daily administrative and HR-related activities. This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and induction of new employees
Assist in attendance and leave management
Help in drafting HR-related emails, letters, and policies
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events
Handle basic HR documentation and filing
Support payroll and compliance-related tasks (if required)
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email drafting
Strong organizational and time management skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
