HR Recruiter

Position: HR Intern/HR Recruiter/ HR Executive

Qualification: Graduate in HR / Business Administration

Location: Noida

Stipend/ Salary: 10k to 35k per month

Experience: 0 to 5 years

Timing: 09:30am to 06:30pm

Week Off: Sunday / Alternate Saturdays (as per company policy)

Gender preference: Any

Skills

• Strong English communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities: -

•Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, and follow up on feedback
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
• Support onboarding, documentation, and employee record management
• Handle attendance, HR operations, and day-to-day administrative tasks
• Ensure implementation of HR policies, discipline, and employee relations
