Job Title

HR Recruiter experience in Collection Executive Profile

Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and confident candidates for the role of HR Recruiter. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with applicants throughout the hiring process.

Freshers and 12th pass candidates can also apply.

Responsibilities

Call candidates and explain job opportunities
Schedule interviews with candidates
Post jobs on portals and social media
Screen basic candidate profiles
Maintain recruitment data in Excel or Google Sheets
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Good communication skills in Hindi or English
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Collection Profile experienced can apply

Salary

₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)
