Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin & Sales Coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative operations, office maintenance activities, and sales coordination tasks. The candidate will also be responsible for handling and managing the IndiaMART platform, including lead management and customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative activities and office operations.
Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor management.
Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
Manage stationery, pantry, and office asset inventories.
Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, order processing, and customer follow-ups.
Maintain customer databases and sales records.
Manage and monitor the company's IndiaMART account.
Respond to customer inquiries and leads generated through IndiaMART.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
Update product information and company details on the platform.
Maintain lead records and prepare lead performance reports.
Required Skills
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in Administration, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
Experience in handling IndiaMART or other B2B lead generation platforms will be preferred.
