Job Title: HR Executive/ Recruiter
Location: Noida Sector-62, ithum Tower
Experience: 1-2 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹16k- 20k
Working Days: 6 Days / Week
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Recruiter/Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation. The candidate will act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure smooth HR functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, joining formalities)
Handling Job Portals like (Naukri, Linkedin, Job Hai & Indeed)
Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
Address employee queries and concerns
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR processes
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR software
Preferred Skills
Experience in hiring sales or field staff
Immediate joiner preferred
