Location : Noida and Manesar (Haryana)

Salary : ₹2.5 – ₹3.5 LPA

Required Qualifications, Experience and Skill :

Candidates Qualification should be Minimum Graduate in any stream.

Prefrence of Payroll Experience of various client.

Candidates should able to write, speak, in english/Hindi

Key Responsiblity :

1. Collect and verify attendance, leave data, overtime, and shift details from multiple client locations.

2. Calculate stipends/salaries as per NAPS, D.Voc, and Flexi scheme guidelines.

3. Prepare monthly payroll sheets and ensure 100% accuracy before processing.

4. Coordinate for NAPS portal updates, enrollment, stipend mapping, and claims submission.

5. Prepare monthly payroll invoices as per client agreement

6. Support finance team in billing verification and payment follow-ups.

7. Share stipend subsidy claims with finance for NAPS reimbursements.

8. Maintain and Prepare the monthly MIS of Headcount report, Attrition & joining report, Stipend subsidy tracking (NAPS), Payroll cost summary, Submit timely reports to management and clients.

9. Maintain employee master data, bank details, joining documents, and contract files.

10. Maintain monthly payroll records, statutory files, challans, and audit documentation.

11. Support internal and client audits related to payroll and compliance.

12. Ensure all payroll records, forms, and statutory documents are audit-ready.

13. Ensure strict timelines for payroll processing, client reporting, and stipend disbursal.
