Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: o Enhance employer brand through effective communication of company culture, values, and career opportunities. o Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. o Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve recruitment practices and candidate satisfaction. 4. Onboarding and Integration: o Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. o Partner with HR and hiring managers to develop onboarding plans that support retention and engagement. 5.
