Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and personal networks

- Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

- Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates

- Maintain candidate database and follow-ups

Compensation:

- ₹2000 per successful candidate joining

- Unlimited earning potential based on performance

Requirements:

- Basic understanding of recruitment process

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Ability to work independently

- Prior HR/recruitment experience is a plus
