About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented IT HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment and a strong understanding of the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.

Schedule interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.

Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.

Negotiate and coordinate offers with selected candidates.

Ensure a smooth joining and onboarding process.

Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment/talent acquisition.

Good knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and recruitment terminology.

Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good candidate sourcing and screening abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
