Job Description

Vulture HR Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated Freelance Recruiters from across India. This is a work-from-home opportunity where you can recruit candidates for various job openings and earn attractive incentives.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for available job openings.

• Share job vacancies through social media, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure candidates complete the joining process successfully.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates until they join.

Eligibility

• Open to candidates from all over India.

• Freshers and experienced recruiters are welcome.

• Good communication skills.

• Smartphone or laptop with internet access.

Payout

• ₹500 per successful candidate.

Payment Condition

• The payout of ₹500 per candidate will be released only if the candidate remains active with the company for at least one month (30 days).

• No payment will be made for candidates who leave before completing one month of active employment.
