Position: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

About the Role

RNVP Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to manage end-to-end HR operations and support business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction process.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRMIS updates.

Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.

Manage statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labour law documentation.

Draft HR letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documents.

Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.

Support performance management and probation confirmation processes.

Ensure HR policies and company procedures are followed across departments.

Coordinate exit formalities, full & final settlement, and offboarding.

Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and monthly MIS.

Work closely with department heads to support business requirements and workforce planning.

Maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Assist in audits and other HR operational activities.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of HR Operations.

Good understanding of Labour Laws, PF & ESIC.

Experience in payroll coordination.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HRMS.

Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in HR Operations/HRBP role.

Experience in the NBFC industry will be preferred.
