KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily attendance and punch records, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.

• Handle end-to-end onboarding and joining formalities for employees, including documentation and compliance requirements.

• Process and generate ESIC registrations, ensuring statutory compliance.

• Coordinate with the Operations team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless workforce management and smooth operational execution.

• Maintain employee records and support HR operations by ensuring timely completion of administrative processes.

• Act as a liaison between HR, Operations, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (data management, formulas, MIS reports).

• Prior experience in HR operations, attendance management, or statutory compliance (ESIC/PF) preferred.

• Good communication and coordination skills to liaise across HR, Operations, and other stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, branch-level operational environment.

WORKING DAYS & HOURS

• Monday to Saturday.

• 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month: Working.

• 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month: Off.
