Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Operations Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations for the US process. The ideal candidate should have experience in employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, onboarding, HRMS, compliance, and employee support. Strong communication skills and willingness to work in the US night shift are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.

• Maintain employee records and update HRMS accurately.

• Coordinate background verification and document collection.

• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database.

• Assist in payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll team.

• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

• Address employee queries related to HR operations.

• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

• Generate HR reports, MIS, and maintain operational dashboards.

• Coordinate with recruitment and other departments for smooth employee onboarding.

• Ensure confidentiality of employee information.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HR Operations and employee lifecycle.

• Experience working with HRMS and MS Excel.

• Good understanding of payroll inputs and HR documentation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.

Eligibility

• Graduate or MBA in Human Resources.

• Experience: 2–3 years in HR Operations.

• Experience in a BPO/IT/Healthcare/US process is preferred.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.

• Experience with HRMS tools (Zoho People, Keka, Darwinbox, Workday, etc.).

• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).
