Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and joining follow-ups.

• Hire Sales Executives, Sales Managers, Telecallers, Sales Coordinators, and other business support roles.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment networks.

• Assess candidates’ real estate sales experience, communication skills, target achievement, and suitability for the role.

• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and close positions within agreed timelines.

• Manage onboarding, joining documentation, employee records, and exit formalities.

• Maintain attendance and leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs.

• Support employee engagement, grievance resolution, and implementation of HR policies.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and share updates on vacancies, interviews, offers, and joinings.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Proven experience recruiting for real estate sales roles, including Sales Executives and Sales Managers.

• Understanding of real estate sales profiles, hiring requirements, and candidate assessment.

• Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment portals, and basic HR processes.

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
