HR Manager

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an HR & Compliance Manager for our security services company who can handle complete HR operations along with statutory compliance and payroll. The role involves managing a large number of security guards and staff deployed at different sites and making sure everything is running smoothly as per labor laws.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Statutory Compliance

• Handle all compliance related to PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and other labor laws

• Manage PF & ESI registrations, filings, challans, and returns

• Take care of labor licenses, CLRA compliance, and renewals

• Deal with inspections and keep all documents ready

Payroll Management

• Handle monthly payroll for guards, supervisors, and office staff

• Calculate salary, overtime, deductions, PF, ESI, and other components

• Manage salary transfers, and employee queries

• Handle full & final settlements (F&F), and leave encashment

HR Operations

• Manage complete employee cycle

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation

• Handle bulk hiring for guards and other staff

• Take care of onboarding, documentation, and basic HR processes

Audit & Reporting

• Prepare regular MIS and compliance reports

• Support internal and external audits

• Make sure all data and documents are always updated and ready
