Recruitment & Selection: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Lead bulk hiring initiatives to meet the staffing needs of various departments. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future staffing needs. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. Address and resolve employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement. HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
