## Key Responsibilities
* Lead full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding)
* Develop and execute effective **recruitment strategies** to attract top candidates
* Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
* Create compelling job descriptions optimized for candidate attraction
* Utilize job boards, LinkedIn recruiting, social media, and networking strategies
* Implement structured interview processes and candidate evaluation frameworks
* Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire)
* Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract passive candidates

## Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
