Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance, and exit formalities.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, telecalling, marketing, and corporate positions.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.
Coordinate interviews, candidate screening, selection, offer letters, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Manage attendance, leave, working hours, and employee discipline.
Coordinate payroll processing, salary structure, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines.
Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisal processes.
Plan and conduct employee induction, training, and development programs.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS, recruitment reports, attendance reports, and other HR dashboards.
