ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Manager / HR Executive who can take ownership of the company's day-to-day HR activities and help build a professional, disciplined and performance-oriented workplace. The selected candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, attendance, onboarding, HR documentation, employee coordination, performance monitoring and day-to-day HR operations.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• 4–8 years of relevant HR experience for HR Manager level; strong HR Executives with relevant experience may also be considered.

• Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, engineering or project-based organizations will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee management.

• Good understanding of HR processes and documentation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

• Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and HR reporting.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR operations.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone who is practical, organized, responsible and proactive rather than someone who only handles paperwork. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing day-to-day HR activities, building a reliable recruitment pipeline, coordinating with management, maintaining employee discipline and creating structured HR systems as the company continues to grow.
