About the Role

NAI Coffee Private Limited | Roastery Coffee House is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Corporate HR Team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in Human Resources and gain practical experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

Upon successful completion of the six-month training period, the candidate will be promoted to a regular employee position and transitioned to the company payroll, as per company policies and applicable employment terms.

1. Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist with candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and follow-ups.

• Assist with candidate documentation, offer letters and joining formalities.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and daily hiring reports.

• Assist with HR documentation and other HR Operations activities.

• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal departments.

• Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant discipline.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with prior recruitment or HR experience may also apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and email communication.

• Strong coordination, follow-up and organizational skills.

• Willingness to learn and build a long-term career in HR.

3. Compensation & Employment Terms

During Training:

• Training Duration: 6 Months

• Monthly Stipend: ₹12,000

After Successful Completion of Training:

• The candidate will be promoted to a regular employee position and placed on the company payroll.

• The designation, revised compensation and employment terms will be communicated at the time of transition, as per company policies.
