CareerSecure is looking for a result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in sales recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring for sales and business development roles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, BDE, Inside Sales, and Business Development roles.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

• Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

• Understand sales profiles, targets, incentives, and candidate suitability.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Manage candidates from sourcing to offer, joining, and onboarding.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily/weekly hiring reports.

• Achieve defined hiring targets and ensure timely closures.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales candidates.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

• Prior experience in hiring for Sales/BDE/Business Development roles is mandatory.

• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.

• Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work with recruitment targets and tight deadlines.

• Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS/HRMS, or similar recruitment tools is preferred.

Preferred Background: EdTech, Recruitment, BFSI, BPO, SaaS, or other sales-driven organizations.
