Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
Manage the onboarding and documentation process.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Handle attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Assist in employee engagement and HR activities.
Support HR operations and administrative tasks.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment and HR Operations.
Experience in Non-IT hiring will be preferred.
Salary
As per company standards.
