HR Executive

UpROI Digital is a performance-driven digital marketing agency focused on delivering measurable growth and ROI for clients across industries. We are building a high-performance team and looking for an HR Executive to strengthen our hiring and people operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive who can manage end-to-end recruitment, support employee engagement, and handle core HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of managing multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)

• Post job openings on portals, social media, and other channels

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling

• Maintain candidate database and hiring pipeline

2. Employee Onboarding & Engagement

• Handle onboarding process and documentation

• Conduct employee induction sessions

• Maintain employee records and HR databases

• Support employee engagement initiatives and activities

3. HR Operations

• Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination

• Ensure compliance with company policies

• Draft HR documents (offer letters, appointment letters, etc.)

• Address basic employee queries and concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in HR / Recruitment (Freshers with strong skills can apply)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and policies
