Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and offer processes.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment processes.
Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR tools.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in any field (HR background preferred).
6 months – 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
