Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and dedicated HR Recruiter to manage recruitment and overall HR operations. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining discipline, coordination, and smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage office keys and ensure timely opening in the morning and proper closing in the evening
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring)
Post job openings on portals and social media platforms
Coordinate interviews with management and follow up with candidates
Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding process
Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR files
Prepare and maintain monthly salary sheets
Maintain daily attendance records (track employee in-time and out-time)
Monitor employee discipline and office decorum
Handle employee queries related to HR policies
