Position: HR Executive

Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Preferred in Recruitment/Consulting)

Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for client requirements.

• Understand client hiring needs and source suitable candidates accordingly.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews.

• Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring cycle.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other sourcing platforms.

• Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and joining formalities.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

• Ensure timely closure of positions as per client timelines.

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working on job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.

• Good understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Qualification

• Graduate / MBA in HR or related field (preferred).
