🔹 Key Requirements
✅ 1 to 4 years of relevant HR experience
✅ Excellent English communication – verbal & written
✅ Hands-on experience in HR operations and employee coordination
✅ Good knowledge of Payroll Software – experience with Keka is preferred
✅ Good understanding of HR documentation and processes
✅ Good interpersonal and coordination skills
✅ Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day HR activities
