Job Title: HR & Admin Executive
Industry: Textile

Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll, PF & ESI.
Handle joining and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ensure implementation of HR policies.
Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
Handle petty cash, office assets, stationery, and inventory.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and maintenance.
Supervise housekeeping, security, pantry, and facility management.
Ensure proper upkeep of office and factory premises.
Prepare HR and administrative reports.
Perform other HR & Admin tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Administration.
Experience in recruitment, payroll, PF & ESI, and HR policy implementation.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software (Keka, PagarBook, or similar).
Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage HR and administrative operations independently.
Experience in the textile industry will be preferred.
