Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and hands-on experience in HR processes.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters).
Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases.
Prepare HR documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
Handle attendance, leave management, and shift records.
Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/payroll team.
