📝 Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive with strong payroll processing knowledge to manage data reporting, employee records, and payroll-related MIS. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well-versed in MS Excel, and capable of handling confidential employee information accurately.

✅ Key Responsibilities: ✔ Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports

✔ Process payroll (attendance, leave, OT, incentives & deductions)

✔ Maintain employee master & payroll data

✔ Coordinate with HR & Accounts for payroll closure

✔ Ensure timely & accurate salary processing

✔ Handle employee payroll-related queries

✔ Maintain statutory data (PF, ESI, PT, TDS – basic knowledge)

✔ Analyze data & submit reports to management
