RESPONSIBILITIES

The HR Executive will be a part of the HR department and will assist the team and HOD by

1. Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

2. Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager like maintaining Leave Records, Statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, Gratuity; Labour Compliances, TDS Working, Mediclaim processing, License: BOCW, Labour Licence, WC Policy; Procurement & payments to Vendors

3. Completing employee Joining & Exit Formalities. Compiling and updating all employee records (hard and soft copies)

4. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)

5. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes

6. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

7. Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) – Salary disbursements & other payments.

8. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews & Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

9. Assist recruiters to source candidates and update our database

10. Any other additional responsibilities pertaining to the above position.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Qualifications required: A degree or a diploma in human resource management or equivalent.

· Two to three years of job experience, preferably in construction industry as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/ administrative position.

· Proficient in computer software with competency in Microsoft applications, with specialization in MS-Excel for maintaining records.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
