Job Title: HR Associate

Experience: 3–4 Years

Location: Mumbai Andheri East

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management as per TA processes and SLAs.

Handle bulk hiring requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.

Support employee lifecycle activities: BGV coordination, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

Maintain employee databases, HR records, resumes, and dashboards.

Manage attendance, payroll inputs, reimbursements, mediclaim, and travel claims as per company policy.

Conduct onboarding and induction for new joiners at circle level.

Support employee engagement initiatives.

Provide administrative support to the Circle Head HR Manager.

Verify candidate backgrounds and references.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel.

Hands-on experience in payroll coordination and HR operations.
