JOB Description
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination
Manage joining formalities, onboarding, and induction of new employees
Maintain employee records, HR files, and MIS reports
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Address employee queries, grievances, and coordination with departments
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, PF/ESI, and company guidelines
Assist in performance management, confirmations, and exit formalities
Support HR audits, vendor coordination, and administrative HR tasks
