INDIPAY Payment Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our growing fintech team in Sector 18, Noida.
If you have strong recruitment skills and hands-on HR operations experience, we’d love to connect!
🔹 Position: HR Executive
📍 Location: Noida Sector 18 (Onsite)
🏢 Industry: Fintech / Financial Services
⏳ Experience: 1–4 Years
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ End-to-end recruitment for Tech, Sales, Operations & Support roles
✔ Job postings, screening & interview coordination
✔ Employee onboarding & documentation
✔ Attendance & leave management
✔ HR records & compliance support
✔ Assisting in payroll coordination
✔ Employee engagement activities
🔹 Requirements:
✅ Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
✅ Strong communication & coordination skills
✅ Basic knowledge of labour laws & HR processes
✅ Experience in fintech or financial services preferred
