About the Role:
Elderwise Shopping India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and organized HR Operations Executive to manage HR processes, ensure smooth employee experience, and support overall HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee records, and exits.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Assist in recruitment process, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Manage attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and other HRIS activities.
Support employee engagement initiatives and resolve HR-related queries.
Collaborate with managers to ensure smooth HR processes across departments.
Skills Required:
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and labor law compliance preferred.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
MBA in HR or related field preferred( MUST )
