Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter and executive with mandatory experience in a recruitment agency to manage end-to-end recruitment, source suitable candidates, and fulfill client hiring requirements within deadlines.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through Job Hai, Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

• Resume Screening: Review CVs and shortlist candidates according to client requirements.

• Candidate Calling: Contact candidates and assess their interest, suitability, and availability.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the hiring process from sourcing to selection and joining.

• Client Requirement Handling: Understand job descriptions and work on multiple client vacancies.

• Follow-ups: Follow up regarding interviews, feedback, offers, and joining dates.

• Database Management: Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

• Target Achievement: Meet recruitment targets and close positions within deadlines.

Required Skills

• Mandatory: Experience working in a recruitment agency or staffing consultancy.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience.

• Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing.

• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Note: Candidates with only in-house HR recruitment experience are not eligible. Recruitment agency experience is mandatory.
