Employee Onboarding & Exit Management
Conduct employee induction and orientation.
Maintain employee joining documentation.
Handle confirmation processes.
Manage resignation, clearance, exit interviews, and full & final coordination.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Update attendance, leave records, and employee database.
Prepare HR letters including appointment, confirmation, increment, transfer, warning, and experience letters.
Maintain HRMIS and employee files.
Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and reimbursement records.
Support statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.
Coordinate with payroll consultants and finance team.
Employee Engagement
Organize employee engagement activities.
Handle employee grievances professionally.
Support employee welfare initiatives.
Promote positive workplace culture.
HR Reporting
Prepare monthly HR MIS reports.
Maintain recruitment tracker.
Generate attendance and attrition reports.
Prepare management dashboards.
